Since I read this book and started applying the strategies, I’ve probably saved myself weeks of stress and back-and-forth with the lender. The stuffs in here helped me cut through all the bs and move the process way faster than I would’ve on my own. Highly recommended it if you’re dealing with your aggressive trustee and lender.
