Is StopAuctionPros a law firm or real estate brokerage?
We are not an attorney group or a brokerage. We are a servicing company. We don’t give out legal or tax advice. We do only one thing, attempt to get you more time so you can get out of foreclosure.
The only one that can legally grant you the extension and how long it will be is the trustee, and/or the lender (or current note holder). We only come in to attempt negotiation and convince the trustee to give you more time with logical and legal premises. However, we have successfully helped so many families and clients getting the extra time (with over 85% success rate internally). Most cases, we know exactly whether or not we can get you the time you need and you will be informed upfront.
We have successfully pushed back auctions for clients that reached out 2-3 hours prior to the sale time. However,we found that not reaching out more than 5 days before the auction time will considerably reduce the success of the postponement due to many reasons. The type of lender and your history of postponement with the trustee will also play an important factor in the success of postponement as well.
Unfortunately, we don’t. We always pride ourselves in serving our clients at a high level of customer support, speedy response and professional attention to details. And payment plans can’t sufficiently support our company in delivering great results to our clients.

The purpose of our service is to get you more time, hopefully enough, to get out of foreclosure with whatever direction you plan to follow.
