Kim was absolutely magnificent throughout the whole foreclosure process, which is typically stressful and overwhelming. Our case dragged a bit due to the holidays, but Kim bent over backwards to make sure we were in the loop every step of the way. We had a lot of questions and Kim not only made herself available every single time, and in a timely fashion, but was always kind, considerate, and professional. She’s very knowledgeable and worked through every issue we had, answering everything with so much patience. She stuck with us until every last detail was sorted out. She’s also just a really delightful person overall. We couldn’t have asked for someone better to help us through this. We highly recommend Kim and Stop Auction Pros. Could not be happier with the experience and outcome.
