I was working with Sophie on some urgent changes regarding my foreclosure situation. If I were to give Sophie a rating for her knowledge and the customer service she provided to take care of what I needed, on a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being excellent, I would rate her hands down a 10. Thank you for having such a nice employee.
