The foreclosure auction was coming up fast. Kim was the one who helped, super nice, and the service was prompt and professional. There was a bit of confusion at the start, but Kim quickly cleared it up and made sure I was fully informed. Took less than an hour on the call, for less $ than I expected. Thanks Kim!
