Very professional and very thorough and very meticulous on alot of important details. To be honest, it was scary at first since this is my first time dealing with stuffs like this. I lost my job and life took a turn for the worse quicker that I could figured it out. And I had no exact ideas what type of scams would be used on people like me in these vulnerable time but I knew there got to be something so that make talking to an assisting company even more unease.
