I reached out to StopAuctionPros about a year and half ago. unfortunately, I did not have great experience to begin with, but I’m going to give them five star because they are doing everything they can in order to fix the issue that I had from beginning from different rep that no longer they have. they have changed their management and after having so many different team member help us, finally we had a great employee to find out the problem. Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable about everything was happening and he was the First one who found the issue and helped me and explain what’s happening and what exactly needs to be done. Art, the new manager he’s been checking to make sure everything is getting done correctly. they have sent John and Nathan to follow up and finish the process. both were very professional and very patient with the extreme heavy work that was required in order to fix all the necessary steps to complete everything. they were able to explain all my concerns. I’m glad I was able to have the same team members for the 2nd time.
This is a company that takes responsibility for their actions.
Will definitely refer them to someone in need. I appreciate their customer service.

Kim was absolutely magnificent throughout the whole foreclosure process, which is typically stressful and overwhelming. Our case dragged a bit due to the holidays, but Kim bent over backwards to make sure we were in the loop every step of the way. We had a lot of questions and Kim not only made herself available every single time, and in a timely fashion, but was always kind, considerate, and professional. She’s very knowledgeable and worked through every issue we had, answering everything with so much patience. She stuck with us until every last detail was sorted out.
