If you’re looking for a strict step-by-step “do this, then do that” kinda manual, this might not be exactly that. But for me, it was more about helping shift how I see things. Like, it made me stop spiraling and start thinking clear again. So I feel like whether it helps or not depends on where your mind’s at when you pick it up.
It’s not like one of those dry legal guides full of jargon.
